The pendant in hinged at the bale so it always "lays" properly on the chest. The bale will accomodate an 8mm wide omega (as pictured) or 4mm round beads. The satin finish on the lower sections of the bale and body contrast with the high polish of the areas around the inlay and help the inlay stones really pop out visually.
